This site is a work in progress ... aren't we all?

Creative Behavior Solutions was designed to provide practical strategies and interventions for youth, adolescents or adults that display problematic behaviors.  Creativity is imperative when establishing solutions for behaviors that are difficult to handle.

Colette Binger, founder of Creative Behavior Solutions, provides support and training for individuals, groups, teachers, administrators, counselors and parents in the school setting, residential setting, or home environment.  No behavior problem is too big or too small. Colette also facilitates both individual and family counseling as well as Family Advocacy.

Colette is available for presentations or training the trainer programs in the following areas: Emotional Intelligence, Response to Intervention (behavior), Working with students that show disruptive behaviors: Know yourself, know your student, know your solution, Goal setting, and many other topics that pertain to behavior. She is also available to do classroom observations, Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).

Future plans and goals: Colette believes that opportunities present themselves as a way for us to grow and develop both personally and professionally on a daily basis.  She is actively involved in seeking her next Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) which she hopes to obtain in the upcoming year.  She is currently supervised, and receives guidance and direction from a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Her collaborative efforts are to insure the best treatment ideas and plans for every individual she works with.
